Questions we get asked a lot
Short answers to the things procurement teams ask before they start.
Yes, all of them, with no usage limits, no trial period, and no upsell wall partway through. The calculators run in full, the templates download in full, and the playbooks are complete documents rather than teasers for a paid version.
No. Every tool on this page runs without a signup, and every template and playbook downloads without an email gate. Most procurement resource libraries make you trade your inbox for a PDF; we don't, because a template behind a lead form isn't really a free tool.
Yes. Supplier quotes are commercially sensitive, and we treat them that way. Files you upload are processed to produce your comparison and then discarded — we don't retain them, share them, or use them to train models. MESH Works is ISO/IEC 27001 certified.
PDF, Excel, and Word. You can upload up to five supplier quotes at once, and the tool extracts line-item pricing, lead times, MOQs, incoterms, and payment terms into a single side-by-side view — including quotes that arrived in five completely different formats.
Yes. The RFQ, RFI, and supplier audit templates are meant to be adapted — rename them, rebrand them, change the weighting on the scoring rubric, drop the criteria that don't apply to your category. They're free for commercial use inside your organisation. The only thing we ask is that you don't resell or redistribute them as your own product.
Buyers, sourcing managers, commodity managers, and supply chain leaders at manufacturing companies — particularly mid-market and enterprise teams sourcing across multiple regions. They assume you're working with real suppliers, real RFQs, and real risk exposure, rather than teaching procurement from scratch.
